WHS regulations require a systematic approach, including consultation and engagement with workers. Like physical safety, all employees play a role in identifying hazards, addressing risks where possible, and escalating concerns when needed. This series supports leaders & employees to recognise psychosocial hazards and understand practical ways to respond.
There are many different ways to use these videos – here are
some suggestions:
- Work through one video at a time, in order, for example as part of team meetings or safety discussions
- Explore the videos most relevant to your day-to-day work
For each video:
- Notice where these hazards may show up in your own environment
- Consider what actions you can take to address or raise these hazards
- Discuss with your team or leader where further support or changes may be needed
