Through undertaking this course, you will discover some of the barriers to equity, diversity and inclusion and what you can do to overcome these barriers. On completion you will be able to identify your own personal barriers and biases and identify some steps you can take to create an inclusive workplace through your own words and behaviours. We encourage you to work together to create a workplace culture which appreciates differences and creates safe spaces where everyone can be their full selves at work and therefore be comfortable contributing and encouraging diverse ideas, fostering innovation and enabling us each to flourish.

In this 3-module, selfpaced eLearning course, you will:
- Discover barriers to equity, diversity, and inclusion and learn strategies to overcome them
- Identify personal barriers and biases
- Learning a decide what actionable steps you can take to create an inclusive workplace through your words and behaviours
- 1-hour live, closing seminar to end the course. This session includes content & activities to contextualise the content for their roles, to work through an action plan & for participants to ask Tasha any questions to help them implement the course content in their role
