Starting July 2022

Government Occupational Safety and Health regulations and Codes of Practice now place greater statutory responsibility on organisations for identifying and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace. In this 6-month MasterClass Series, Leaders will develop the knowledge, awareness, strategies, and skills to understand and meet their statutory obligations to their employees.

Here’s what our clients say about our courses and programs:

We can see how the program is helping build a culture of peer support beyond just Mental Health First Aid or Peer Supporters. The skills that have been learnt to not only recognise and respond to issues that arise but build this proactive culture by sharing information and delivering information sessions to their teams … building on the skills of many others in the organisation.
The program is well supported beyond that of the initial learning with Tasha providing ongoing mentoring. As part of this, she has made herself readily available to help them problem solve and give them ongoing confidence.
