This session explores the continuum of mental health & wellbeing and encourages participants to adopt strategies to optimise their own wellbeing.
During our lives we, or someone close to us, will experience mental illness.

- Do you know how to maximise your own mental health and wellbeing?
This session is for those who recognise that anxiety, depression and other mental health issues are being spoken of more often and who want information and tools to support their own mental wellbeing.
This is a great introductory session for workplaces looking to roll out a wellbeing program; as a conference presentation or as a lunch and learn session.

This program is a 1.5 hour session suitable for groups of 5 participants up to large conferences.

Wellbeing Consults
After attending one of our courses, participants often seek more in-depth discussion about their mental health and wellbeing. These consults can be purchased as a one-off session, as a series of sessions (i.e. a block of 3 sessions) or as part of our ongoing Executive Wellbeing programs.
