In this seminar, participants uncover common difficult behaviours in workplaces and in relationships and learn helpful strategies to respond.
Learning Objectives
- Participants will have increased awareness and understanding of the common difficult behaviours that are reported in workplaces.
- Participants will understand the role that they (often unintentionally) play in perpetuating difficult behaviours.
- Participants will learn how to avoid the common mistakes people make when responding to difficult behaviours.
- Participants will learn the key strategies that are proven to work in responding to and minimising difficult behaviours at work.
