Blooming Well at Work

Tips processes and strategies to help your staff to understand and manage stress!

This program enables participants to assess their current stress levels and to develop strategies to cope with work related stress and anxiety.

Participants leave the session with a mental health plan and techniques to drive and enhance their own mental health and wellbeing.

Many people complain of stress and how it makes them feel, however it can also severely affect their ability to perform in their roles and relationships. A stressed employee is at risk of underperforming, making errors and causing stress to others in the workplace.

If your staff are feeling overwhelmed by stress and want to take charge and make some changes, this session will equip them with practical strategies to help recognise and minimise stress and its impact on their wellbeing.

Product Packages

This is an initial 3 hour program, followed by Blooming Well Master Class sessions every 2 months for your group. Suitable for up to 18 participants.

After attending one of our courses, participants often seek more in-depth discussion about their mental health and wellbeing. These consults can be purchased as a one-off session, as a series of sessions (i.e. a block of 3 sessions) or as part of our ongoing Executive Wellbeing programs.
